Delivery Time: Orders are typically processed the same day if you order before 1 PM. Orders after 1 PM are shipped out the following day. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by our shipping couriers, International orders may take longer than expected as they may be held at customs to be reviewed before forwarded to you. 

Free Delivery: We offer free delivery on all orders over £25 within the UK. This offer is automatically applied at checkout and cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.

Returns:

Return Eligibility: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened and in its original packaging.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Once we receive the returned product and inspect it, we will issue a refund or exchange.
